CHARLESTON, WV — Gov. Jim Justice has appointed Ryan Browning to the West Virginia House of Delegates for the 28th District which represents Wayne County. Browning fills the vacancy left by the resignation of Mark Ross and will serve the remainder of the unexpired term.
