                        | CHARMCO, WV – Gov. Jim Justice surprised a young man at his job at Greenbrier West High School with a life-changing opportunity today through his “Do it for Babydog: Round 2” Vaccination Sweepstakes. 
 The Governor and Babydog arrived at the school to surprise Waylon Gilkeson from Rupert, a custodian at GWHS, with a full-ride college scholarship.

                        | The full four-year scholarship to any public college or university in the state, includes room and board, tuition, and books. The prize is valued at over $100,000. 
 Gilkeson says he plans to go to college with hopes of becoming an educator himself one day.

                        | Also today, the Governor presented another scholarship prize to Livvi Miller, a senior at Hurricane High School in Putnam County. 
 Brendon McCutcheon of Morgantown, Katelyn Roberts of Spurlockville, and Caden Staggers of Keyser were also drawn as scholarship winners this week through the “Do it for Babydog” sweepstakes.
 
 One additional scholarship winner will be revealed later today.
 
 The Governor also traveled to Fayette County Courthouse today to surprise Aron Sattler of Mount Nebo with a new 2021 Roush Stage 3 Mustang and Lewis Wood of Hico with a prize of free gas for 10 years.

 All West Virginians who have had at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine can register at DoitforBabydog.wv.gov for an opportunity to join the list of winners.

 Free COVID-19 vaccinations are currently available to all West Virginians ages 12 and older.
