CHARLESTON, WV – Governor Justice celebrated West Virginia's achievements in flight Thursday, signing a proclamation that officially designated March 7, 2019 as West Virginia Aviation Day.
Chief of Staff Mike Hall read the proclamation to a group of onlookers from the Governor's Reception Room, including members of the West Virginia Aeronautics Commission.
