​CHARLESTON, WV - Gov. Jim Justice issued the following statement today on the West Virginia Racing Commission's decision to fund the Charles Town Classic thoroughbred race on April 21, 2018.
"I'm pleased that the West Virginia Racing Commission has reconsidered and decided to fund the Charles Town Classic race in April. This is the best decision to help us continue to promote and highlight thoroughbred racing in West Virginia."​
