CHARLESTON, WV
– Gov. Jim Justice has ordered all US and West Virginia state flags displayed at the Capitol Complex in Charleston and all state facilities in Taylor County to be lowered to half-staff on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, in commemoration of the burial service for U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Timothy Allen Bolyard.
Bolyard, a native of Grafton, was tragically killed in the line of duty on September 3, 2018, in eastern Afghanistan. He served as the squadron command sergeant major assigned to Headquarters Troop, 3
