Justice has issued a proclamation in accordance with President Donald J. Trump’s
proclamation ordering that all United States and West Virginia State flags on all
State-owned facilities throughout the state be displayed at half-staff IMMEDIATELY
until sunset on Monday, February 19, 2018 as a sign of respect for the school
shooting victims in Parkland, FL.
