CHARLESTON, WV
– Gov. Jim Justice has issued a proclamation ordering that all West Virginia State flags on all State-owned facilities be displayed at half-staff IMMEDIATELY through sunset today, September 5, 2018, in commemoration of the distinguished life and service of U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Timothy Allen Bolyard.
Bolyard, a Taylor County native, was tragically killed while on his seventh deployment overseas in Afghanistan.
