CHARLESTON, WV
- Gov. Jim Justice today issued a proclamation in accordance with the Presidential proclamation ordering that all United States and West Virginia State flags on all State-owned facilities throughout the state be displayed at half-staff IMMEDIATELY until sunset on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, as a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the senseless act of violence perpetrated at The Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on October 27, 2018.
