CHARLESTON, WV - Gov. Jim Justice issued a proclamation today calling for the West Virginia Legislature to convene in special session at 1 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 4, 2017, to address legislation to authorize the sale of state bonds in conjunction with the "Roads to Prosperity Amendment of 2017".
The special call coincides with the Legislature's monthly interim meetings that are scheduled to begin on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017, and conclude on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017.
